We’re here to answer all of your questions regarding our big day!
can i bring my kids?
We will not be able to accommodate children or babies during our wedding ceremony or reception. We thank you for understanding and hope arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 sharp! Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to park and give yourself some time to walk to the Garden Pavilion and get seated. Please see the question about finding the Garden Pavilion below.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is formal. For men, please wear a suit and tie, tuxedo is optional. For ladies, please wear a fancy cocktail dress, pant suit or long gown.
How do i find the pavilion and where do i park?
We suggest parking in the lots near the main entrance and walking into the resort through the main entrance. There will be signs directing you to where the ceremony will take place. You can also ask any of the staff members for directions! Please see the diagram/map of the resort with the path to the ceremony location by clicking the button below.
shuttle details & schedule
There will only be shuttle transportation if you’re staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk for everyone wanting to utilize the shuttle.

Is parking easily accessible at Saint John's resort?
Yes, there is a parking lot at Saint John’s for those who choose to drive there.
can i take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that there is no photography during the ceremony. We would like for the photographer to capture these moments without phones getting in the way of her photos.
